Cory was extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure that we found a great fit. He patiently worked with us until we found a house that truly feels like home. He made sure to listen to both my future wife as well as my needs to only show us houses that could possibly be worth purchasing. Cory also earned our trust by being honest with us about the perks and flaws of each property. Once we found the perfect one, he explained the process of home- buying to us (which was incredibly helpful to two first-time buyers). We wouldn't recommend anyone but Cory to those who are in the market. He is an utmost professional that proved he knows the real estate business in and out. Cory's professional nature and knowledge of the home buying process made the transaction go as smooth as possible. Whenever I needed to contact him, he was quick with a response. Cory was patient as we looked at many houses over a month long period, visiting some houses multiple times to make sure I picked the house that was the best choice for me. This was my second time buying a house, and I felt more confident with the process this time with Cory assistance.

Cory was referred to me from a friend after I had my home listed FSBO, for a few months, unsuccessfully. I met with Cory, and he assured me that my home would sell quickly. In about 3 weeks, we had many showings, and multiple offers. After an offer was accepted, Cory stayed in touch with me and the buyer's agent, and made sure everything went smoothly. Cory was great to work with, and helped keep me confident. I can't wait to work with Cory again when I buy my next home.

If you are doing anything related to real estate in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee, this is your guy. I purchased a distressed home in Johnson City, Tennessee in November of 2014 and it was a complete renovation. Cory stopped by the house as we were finishing up the renovation in the late spring. Immediately, I knew that he was the agent we would be using and it was as if he knew this as well. It was in a few days that he had a portfolio for us, filled with CMA's that were both accurate and competitive. He knew what the house would sell for and in the end, it sold for even more. Cory's knowledge of the local area, his wide reaching contacts, and the fact that he volunteers for various non-profit organizations, catapulted my property to become highly sought after in Johnson City. It is well known that the real estate process can be arduous at times, but it was minimal if not non-existent while I worked with Cory. Through the highs and lows of the process, Cory always kept his head high and mine as well, knowing the light at the end of the tunnel kept getting closer and closer. Cory is now a personal friend of mine and we keep in touch consistently. I plan on purchasing another house in Johnson City soon and Cory will be the agent I use. Cory Has been so great during these last 4 months of me looking for a new home. He was so very helpful in finding me what I was looking for and that was no easy task as I am somewhat picky in my decisions. I can't say enough about Cory's professionalism and extensive knowledge on things. If the time ever comes for me to sell, there will be no doubt that I'll have Cory represent me again. He's just the best!

Cory is very helpful! His service does not stop at closing. Upon moving into our new home several appliances were not in proper working order and he swiftly assisted us in filing a claim under the extended warranties he helped us purchase. He was always quick to return messages and very much on the ball!
