I highly recommend Cory Parsons !!!! he was very involved every step of the process--from the listing and the amazing video taken by a drone to getting feedback from showings and then finally having our back the entire negotiating process as he helped us secure the contract for sale of our cabin! I can't say enough good things about our experience house hunting with Cory! We have already recommended him to friends and family.

My husband and I have been looking at houses on and off for a little over a year now. We have been in no rush to purchase as it's taken us some time to determine what's the best step between where we're at and where we're headed. Though we are thankful to have been able to take our time in choosing just the right fit for us, we recognize and very much appreciate Cory's patience, availability and encouragement throughout the entire process. Cory has been so easy to work with, professional, helpful, and he's definitely one to make things happen! He's friendly, and has even shown our kids special attention which has made house hunting fun and enjoyable for us all! Yesterday we closed on our new house and we couldn't be more thankful or pleased. Considering the time and work he's put into helping us find this home, we are amazed at his attitude and appreciation of our business. I can't imagine he made much off our small purchase and yet he still went the extra mile, wrote us a personal note and gave us a house warming gift!
